Electrosign has one principle goal: To create great user experiences in the realm of digital signage content design, screen design and design for online and digital products. Although the formats and screen sizes for screen design are nearly unlimited, the principals of screen and digital design remain the the same for small screens, mobile phones, public displays, projections and desktop monitors.
Usability + Positive User Experience
These two concepts are the most important for Electrosign. Usability covers everything from legibility and ease of navigation, to the clear communication of a message.
Usability extends not just to web design and digital products, but also to books, magazines, billboards, architecture, cities and transport systems. When thinking of usability for a product or web design, Electrosign considers the larger picture of how a design fits into a community, how it relates to a system, a culture, to the end user, the host environment and to the customers goals.

Event Projections Harley-Davidson Motor Company (contracted by Message Makers) Developed a brushed steel theme for animated logo backdrops for Harley-Davidson Training programs in 2009. Theme complements Harley-Davidson's new Dark Custom line of bikes.

Touch-screen Templates AVT Event Technologies Developed a series of interfaces for touch-screen displays. Interface showcases information about local attrations, weather, news and personalized conference informations.

Digital Signage Hyatt Regency New Jersey (contracted by Creative Effort) Developed a series of digital signage templates for Hyatt Regency New Jersey. Color schemes are based on the interior design of the hotel. Primary use of the templates is for event schedules and in-house marketing.

Event Presentations Harley-Davidson Motor Company (contracted by Message Makers) Developed a series of projected full-motion course presentations for Harley Training Events.
About Electrosign
Electrosign is a group of experienced creative professionals located in Berlin, Germany, and Chicago, Illinois.
The entity was created by Steven Kovar to specialize in the emerging disciplines of digital signage, web, screen design and design for live events. Over the years as an interactive artist, Steven has established a network of exceptional programmers, animators, designers and writers, which allows Electrosign to place the perfect creative talent on your project and to offer full-service creative solutions.
The Team
Creative director, co-owner and principal designer Steven Kovar has ten years of experience as an interactive artist working with international corporations and local businesses large and small in the United States and Europe.
Project coordinator and co-owner Sven Hanssan has many years of experience in customer relations, marketing, sales and time-scheduling. Greatly interested in economics, Sven is also in the process of launching a consumer finance blog, The Fine Print Lounge.
